Every Earthy Homes collection begins its journey long before it reaches your home.
From the moment you place an order, our team begins preparing your collection with the same attention to detail that defines every piece we create. Each order is individually reviewed, carefully packed and prepared for dispatch to ensure it arrives in exceptional condition.
Whether you are purchasing your very first Earthy Homes collection or adding to an existing one, our ordering process has been designed to be simple, transparent and secure.
Shopping with Earthy Homes is designed to be effortless.
Simply select your preferred collection, choose the products you wish to purchase and proceed through our secure checkout.
Before confirming your order, we encourage you to review:
• Product quantities
• Collection selected
• Shipping address
• Billing information
• Contact details
• Gift message (if applicable)
Once your payment has been successfully processed, an order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.
This email confirms that we have received your order and have begun preparing it for dispatch.
Every successful order generates a confirmation email containing:
• Your unique Order Number
• A summary of purchased items
• Billing details
• Shipping address
• Estimated processing timeline
• Customer support information
Please retain this email for future reference until your order has been successfully delivered.
If you do not receive an order confirmation within one hour of placing your order, please check your Spam or Promotions folder before contacting our Concierge Team.
Customers may shop either as guests or by creating an Earthy Homes account.
Creating an account offers several advantages:
• Faster checkout for future purchases
• Access to order history
• Saved delivery addresses
• Wishlist functionality
• Exclusive previews of new collections
• Early access to limited editions
• Simplified returns and warranty support
Creating an account is entirely optional.
Some collections deserve a little more thought.
Our Wishlist allows you to save products for future consideration without completing your purchase immediately.
You may:
• Save favourite collections
• Build future dining sets
• Compare multiple collections
• Share wishlists with family and friends
Please note that adding an item to your Wishlist does not reserve inventory.
Every Earthy Homes collection is produced in carefully planned quantities.
This approach allows us to maintain exceptional quality while reducing unnecessary production.
Products displayed as "Available" may occasionally become unavailable if multiple customers complete purchases simultaneously.
Should this occur, our Concierge Team will contact you immediately to discuss available alternatives or offer a prompt refund.
Certain collections are produced in strictly limited quantities.
These may commemorate:
• Cultural celebrations
• Seasonal launches
• Designer collaborations
• Anniversary editions
• Special artistic projects
Limited Edition collections are clearly identified on the product page. Once sold out, they may not be reproduced.
Some collections may be available for pre-order before their official release.
Pre-ordering allows customers to reserve pieces from an upcoming production batch.
Product pages will clearly indicate:
• Expected dispatch period
• Estimated delivery timeline
• Any production updates
We understand that plans occasionally change.
If you need to modify your order, please contact our Concierge Team as soon as possible.
Give the exact change/cancellation window and the easiest way to contact the team. Keep the answer reassuring and precise.
List only the payment methods actually available at checkout, including EMI/wallets if relevant.
